I had the absolute best time being a guest on DubLife Diaries! After throwing a huge car show here in Denver, I was blown away when Joe Person — the host and mastermind behind the podcast — reached out to invite me on the show. He came across some footage of the event and wanted to highlight what we’ve been building here in Colorado. It felt amazing to know that what we’re doing in our local VW scene caught the attention of someone out of state. That kind of recognition? Huge. Being on the podcast was not only a blast but also seriously inspiring. Joe runs a tight ship — you can tell right away he’s a total pro — and the conversation flowed so naturally. Listening back to the episode was just pure joy. It made me even more fired up to get out there, do more with the club, and keep growing this community we love. Joe is a real pro, and a quick friend… The scene in Colorado is thriving, but unnoticed. When Joe contacted me to be on the podcast, I was absolutely flattered. After a little persistence on his part, I managed to write a bio on his website on Sunday. That evening he responded with an outline of a bunch of questions that got me super excited to talk to him. We recorded the following Monday, I really felt like I made a friend more than anything. After 90 min we cut off, I could’ve talked for longer, and I hope to talk to Joe again soon.
